Amin Rashidi is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in training, coaching, and management consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Strategic Management and Human Resources from Carleton University in Canada with a background in Life & Leadership Coaching.

As the Founder and Managing Partner of Rashidi Consulting Group, Amin specializes in conducting organizational assessments and delivering holistic solutions that empower businesses to achieve sustainable growth. His expertise includes designing bespoke training workshops and implementing capacity-building programs, with a focus on organizations across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and North America. Amin’s career spans diverse industries, including public sector entities, manufacturing, entertainment, logistics, and transportation.

Amin has served as an assistant instructor at Carleton University (Canada), where he supported the development and delivery of a second-year course "Organizational Behavior" to university students. In Saudi Arabia, he led initiatives as part of the Global Shapers Movement (World Economic Forum), where he designed and facilitated workshops on "Cultivating Character" for Saudi youth, exploring its impact on organizational culture. Additionally, he has delivered leadership training programs tailored for young executives, focusing on self-awareness, conflict resolution, negotiation, and effective communication.
